About Me

Susanna Stone is a Coachella Valley native, born and raised here in the Desert. She graduated from Palm Desert High School and went on to study Early Childhood Education at College of the Desert. She was a Teacher for 6 Years and simultaneously obtained her Master Teacher Permit. While purchasing her first home, Susanna had no idea at the time how complex the home buying process was and how important it is to have a knowledgeable and professional Real Estate Agent represent you.

This enthusiasm to help educate others, and an interest in Real Estate grew into a burning desire for a career change. Susanna obtained her Real Estate license in 2019 and became a full time Real Estate Agent. Her knowledge of the Coachella Valley allows her to speak confidentially about the area with clients and her communication skills enable her to communicate effectively on many levels. With an emphasis on Document Compliance Officer roles in her Real Estate career, she is very well versed on the latest Documents and Real Estate legislation. Susanna’s goal is to provide quick and professional service while also being considerate of her client’s personal needs. 

Susanna obtained her Broker License in 2022.

In her free time she enjoys backpacking, hiking, off-roading, training at the gym, and watching webinars to stay educated in the ever changing real estate industry.
